Instructions for use

How to use – Arual Botox Straightening Treatment (Step 1 + Step 2)

Wash hair with shampoo and towel dry until 80% clean and dry.
Divide the hair into four sections and apply Step 1 – Straightener layer by layer (just as if applying a dye), leaving approximately 1 cm distance from the root, without touching the scalp. During application, comb the hair with a narrow-toothed comb to ensure even distribution of the product.
The use of gloves is essential during this step.
Leave the product to act for 20 to 45 minutes, depending on the type of hair:
Very curly or frizzy hair → longer exposure time.
• Wavy or slightly unruly hair → less time.
Dry the hair alternating cold and hot air with a hairdryer, until reaching 80% dry.
Iron the hair with a ceramic or Teflon iron at a temperature of 180–230 °C (350–440 °F), in ULTRA THIN strands. Repeat ironing between 7 and 9 times per strand, depending on the resistance of the hair.
Wait a few minutes after ironing and rinse thoroughly with water.
Apply Step 2 – Sealer, leave to act for 10 minutes and rinse again with plenty of water.
Dry the hair with a hairdryer to finish the treatment.

Post-treatment tip:
Do not wash hair or use clips, elastics or fasteners during the first 24 hours after application. Avoid braids, updos or contact with moisture.

FAQs

How long does the straightening last?
If applied correctly, the treatment is permanent. The treated hair will remain straight until it grows, so it will only be necessary to touch up the roots over time.

Can I apply the treatment if I have already straightened with other products before?
Yes. The Arual Botox Straightening Treatment is compatible with any type of previous straightening (keratin, hyaluronic acid, Japanese, etc.).

Can it be applied to dyed or bleached hair?
Yes, although it is important to keep in mind that the treatment may slightly modify the tone of the hair, especially in light or reddish hair. It is recommended to do the treatment first and dye later, leaving at least 24 hours.

How long should I wait to dye my hair after the treatment?
Ideally, wait a minimum of 24 hours before applying color. This helps to stabilize the hair and avoid color alterations.

Can I reapply the treatment?
Yes. The formula allows you to make touch-ups at the root or repeat the complete treatment if necessary. At least 24 hours must elapse between applications.

Does it cause any damage to the hair?
No. Its formula is formaldehyde-free and has been developed to straighten respecting the hair fiber, thanks to the protective action of Keratin, Collagen and other restructuring actives.

Can I tie my hair up after the treatment?
It is recommended not to wash or tie the hair with elastics, pins or clips during the first 24 hours to ensure a uniform and lasting straightening.

Does it have a strong odor or produce fumes during application?
The product does not contain formaldehyde or irritating gas releasers. However, like any professional technical treatment, it is advisable to apply it in a well-ventilated place.

Formulation

Hydrolyzed Keratin: penetrates the hair fiber repairing damage from the inside. Provides strength, elasticity and resistance to the hair, helping to maintain a healthy structure even after intense chemical processes.

Hydrolyzed Collagen: improves the cohesion and flexibility of the hair fibers. Restores the body of the hair and leaves it visibly denser, structured and resistant to breakage.

Argan Oil: known as “liquid gold”, it is rich in essential fatty acids and vitamin E. Deeply nourishes and provides intense shine, softness to the touch and protection against frizz.

Macadamia Oil: fast absorption, acts as an emollient without leaving residue. Conditions the hair, improves manageability and prevents breakage.

Hydrolyzed Silk Proteins: retain moisture and protect the hair fiber. Provide a silky effect, extreme softness and help to discipline unruly hair.

Shea Butter: rich in fatty acids and antioxidants. Nourishes, softens and repairs damaged hair while protecting it from external factors such as heat or pollution.

Glycerin: highly moisturizing active. Helps keep hair flexible, soft and with a healthy feel throughout the technical process.

Lanolin: provides intense nutrition and protects the hair fiber against dehydration. Its emollient action creates a natural barrier that softens and restructures.
