Acceptance of the general sales conditions

With the stipulation of the PURCHASE AGREEMENTS, according to the procedure, the user accepts and is obliged to observe these GENERAL CONDITIONS. Therefore, you are obliged to read carefully, before making any purchase transaction, these general sales conditions that are accessible at all times from the website and will prevail over any other document with which they contradict, without prejudice to the provisions of current legislation.

The sales concluded are distance sales regulated by current Spanish legislation on the matter.

The validation of the order by the customer implies acceptance without reservation of these general sales conditions. If these general sales conditions are modified, they will be binding for all purchases made after their publication on the website.

The user

Access, navigation and use of the Website confers the status of user. The User assumes responsibility for correct use of the Website.

This responsibility will extend to:

-Making use of this Website only to make legally valid queries and purchases or acquisitions.

-Not making any false or fraudulent purchase. If it could reasonably be considered that a purchase of this nature has been made, it could be cancelled and the relevant authorities would be informed.

-Providing truthful and lawful contact information, for example, email address, postal address and/or other data (see Legal Notice and General Conditions of Use).

Purchase procedure

The contracting procedure can only be carried out in Spanish.

To purchase the products, the user can register on the website by entering their personal data and following the instructions of the registration assistant. You will have to fill in and send the order module in electronic format available on the web, following the instructions indicated. All data of purchase orders must be filled in and checked.

In the event that the user has the status of professional, they may request registration with ARUAL by filling in the form and sending it. So that the registration will be carried out manually by ARUAL. Subsequently, the user with professional status will be informed with the access data.

If the User does not want to register, they may in any case finalize the purchase procedure, but will not be able to control the status of their orders or take advantage of discounts and promotions.

Once registered, the user can confirm the items that previously or after registration has entered in the corresponding “basket”.

In the next step you will have to choose the payment method, which you can choose to have it registered so that in the following occasions you do not have to select the payment, just confirm it. You will have to confirm that you have read and accepted the general sales conditions, as well as the amounts corresponding to the products and shipping costs in order to continue.

Availability

All purchase orders received by ARUAL through the Web are subject to the availability of the products and/or to no circumstance or force majeure affecting the supply thereof and/or the provision of services. If there are difficulties in the supply of products or there are no products in stock, ARUAL undertakes to contact the User and refund any amount that may have been paid as an amount. This will also apply in cases where the provision of a service becomes unfeasible.

Prices

The prices displayed on the Web are final, in Euros (€) and include taxes, unless, by legal requirement, especially in relation to VAT, a different issue is indicated and applied.

Shipping costs are shown appropriately at the corresponding time of the order. The cost of each shipment may vary depending on the form of shipment and payment, as well as the destination and the total amount of the order.

Prices may change at any time, but possible changes will not affect orders or purchases for which the User has already received an order confirmation.

Payment methods and billing

Invoices will be issued by email. Billing data is extracted from the information provided by the user. The data cannot be modified after the invoice has been issued.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs for Spain (peninsula, no shipments are made to the Canary or Balearic Islands) and Portugal (peninsula) are 5.00 euros, except for purchases over €30 in which case they are €0. With deliveries of 24-48h

No shipments are made to the Balearic and Canary Islands.

The price is shown prior to the completion of the purchase process to how much the shipping costs amount to, expressly accepting them.

The products ordered are delivered to the address that the user has specified.

Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday, during normal office hours, excluding national holidays.

When the transport company delivers the PRODUCTS, the user is obliged to check that the security seal is intact and that the packaging is not damaged or altered and that the number of items delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document.

Discount coupons and promotions

You can use discount coupons or promotional codes that can be entered when the user fills in the purchase order. The system will update the total amount of the order

Right of withdrawal and returns

The user has the right to request the withdrawal of the contract and the return of the products in the first 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, provided that the products are in the same original purchase conditions.

The user may choose to request a refund of the amount of the item or exchange it for another item available on the web. The return costs correspond to the user.

The user is responsible for the deterioration of the merchandise that derives from a manipulation of the merchandise other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the merchandise. The refund may be suspended until the goods are received and the products are verified.

On the contrary, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, ARUAL does not accept returns of unsealed products.

The user will return or directly deliver the products to the address that appears in this document, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract.

Guarantees and defective products.

The products offered on the web comply with national and community legislation. The products may differ from the real ones due to configurations in the systems and devices used for their display.

In case of lack of conformity of the products, the user has the right to immediate reimbursement or replacement of the non-conforming merchandise, after prior communication via e-mail to info@arual.es demonstrating with evidence the damage or non-conformity of the product.

ARUAL is not responsible for negligent or improper use of the purchased product.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is subject to current Spanish legislation. For any type of controversy, they will be submitted to the competent Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona.
